Is the inner hull of the 2002 190 Bay completely sealed? I've seen posts concerning inner hull drain plugs for both the 210 and 170. The only area I can see that may contribute to water intrusion into the inner haul is through the rod holders on either side of the stern. But now that I've winterized the boat/motor, I want to be sure that there isn't another plug that I should be draining (in addition to the transom plugs).
