I use my boat a lot all the time, and have found that by using the soft scrub with bleach and a really stiff deck brush it will get anything out. I actually buy my deck brushes from the home depot for like $5 and they are awesome. The key to the thing though is letting it sit while scrubing other parts of the boat. The bleach needs time to work. I just did my whole boat using this method, and I actually did the whole thing twice. It honestly came out just like brand new. The thing is so white. Sunny days help also, and minimal water to let the bleach work it's magic. When everything has been sitting for a while rinse heavy and scrub as you rinse. The whole process for me to do my boat twice by myself was like two hours, and that includes all the fish holds, and the front storage locker. I take everything out and do it too.
