Despite the persuasive argument against trim tabs here, I think they are one of the best investments you can make on your boat. Your boat will ride differently in all kinds of conditions and trim tabs, despite adding a little drag will certainly make your ride much more comfortable. In cases where you are running long distance accross swell and don't want to be leaning the whole way it can make a two or three hour ride go from miserable to enjoyable.
