I do not know if they do or not, maybe on some the smaller HP engines (like kickers) but when Logic / Triumph was first started, you could still get a carb engine of the horsepower range to push these boats and that is why they I put them on the list. I would say look at the Yamaha web page too see if they still do
As far as how long will last, my Father has one on his boat (150 V6) that sucks fuel like a B52 above 4000 RPM, but has about 1300 hours on it. Good fuel and synthetic 2 stroke oil can make any engine live longer, even one of those older carb models
