Thanks Stalker and NCangler.

I truly believe the issue lies within the wires that run within the bottom of the boat to the bilge and bait pumps. Called Triumph and they are in the process of obtaining the wiring diagrams for the '05 210cc.

Or could it be the low amp distribution panel. I did remove the fuse and cleaned those and that didn't do anything to improve the situation.

Water is entering excessively through the poorly designed scuppers (of which Triumph is in the process of re-engineering).

Again, all accessory electronics (nav/bilge/horn/bait/courtesy lights) flick on and off when the bilge area is dry, however when the bilge fills up with solid water (all is fine electrically). The screen on my bilge was clogged with (biofilm/sunflower seeds/fishing line) - unfortunately I wasn't able to get the pump out of its seat while on the water so that we could have emptied the transom.

One other question - how does one get the main deck plate off for inspection? it turns out Triumph over gooped (sealant) mine and I'm afraid it is going to take a crowbar and flame thrower to remove it.

Any help is appreciated.
