i think most boats are gonna retain a certain amount of water due to the nature of their construction. any hole drilled into either side is a place for potential intrusion. the inner hull drain is going to get rid of it except in the models that allow it to be trapped and then it is back to the factory or master repair dealer for drilling/sealing. if you are bow heavy ,it may need that being done to it. as for me my 01 186 would not drain the water off the deck due to the heavy 4 stroke yami i had on it. i did get tired of standing in 6 inches of water while anchored and night fishing in rough conditions and had to move up to the 210.

i just do not let it distract from my use and enjoyment . i dare say i have more holes drilled in my 210 than any person in this group out there as it was a dealer demo that had stuff added and taken off all over it. and, it has a defective mega storage box drain tube that allows water to drain directly into the foam---no biggy . it has a crack in the anchor locker where the plastic did not kiss off to form a solid hull area for the eye to mount to ..i'll get around to welding it shut myself , but i am not getting excited , i can do the repair myself and i know the water is draining out the foam drain. it is why i love these boats---i could not afford to have a fiberglass tech repair all this stuff if it were a glass boat--- and oh i almost forgot, it is a 2001 Q2 so i dont have the factory to fall back on for repairs

as for your 190 , i dont remember if the 02 has the drain tube to the bilge or not. any water that leaks into the floor boxes will either drain into the bilge not the inner hull or just stay inside and slosh around.
