We use the towing harness that OspreyVic mentions below and it works GREAT for pulling a big tube with both of my kids (combined weight around lbs).

I also have pulled my son on his new wake skate (not a wake board) he weighs lbs and we only get up to 18-20 mph.

FYI; if you don't already know, a wake skate is just a board without any harnesses or boots to deal with. My son is a regular skateboarder and this wake skate was just as easy or easier to get up on for him and I would think the same for 1st timers (kids). But you won't see me on it or the tube for that matter.

I love it and the internal pulley in the red float keeps the rope centered and the red float moves properly when making turns.

$17.99 cant beat it!
