Bullets, glad you found this web site, and hope many 190 Bay owners respond. May we please suggest using the search feature at the top of the page? We have a 210 CC, and installed a drain as specified in the postings before yours. We might get a few drops out after a full day on the water. Every boat, takes on water, from the largest aircraft carrier on down. This is not something to lose any sleep over. If all else fails, then remember that plastic floats on its own and fiberglass sinks (no floatation), much like steel or aluminum. A 190 Bay will not sink even without the additional foam in the hull (unless you put a dump truck on top of it).
