i have an'01 logic 210cc and i found that once water got inside the 2 holes dick mentioned, the foam plugs that the factory had installed acted as corks and actually helped cause the rule to fail around the holes.
i suggest once you take all the screws out that you go take a break/or give the boat an hour so if there are foam plugs inside they will pop the lid off and you will not have to work as hard to get them off.
i did not put the foam plugs back inside the holes and used almost 2 tubes of rule to reseal the lids. some guys have installed small inspection plates in these lids and vaccuum the water out if if it returns and i will do the same once i find some small plates.
tip-- Rule sealant will run away from the lip the lids sit on if it is hot outside. didnt see where you were from before i responded but the cooler the temp the better the rule will stay put . i also aded twice the factory screws when i redid the lids-- 1 between each fac screw
regards
berto
