Greg, I have had some dealings with Customer Support and have had problems also. To me Triumph needs to have someone else handel Customer Relations. I no longer call him when I need to ask questions about Triumph boats or to order parts. Complents have been voiced about him but they have fell onto deaf-mute ears. Triumph has some good people that care about the product and service.
By the way I belive that the top ss cross bar sopport that you are talking about is to support the deck not to keep the tank in place. Without it the deck will sag real bad.
