In keeping with my policy about not attacking a person or a company on this site, I have changed the persons name in your previous posts to "Customer Support". I don't think it is fair for you guys to use someone's real name on this website in a complaint when you use a "Username" to make the complaint. If you have a problem with a contact at Triumph you should let their personnel or sales office know. But I don't think it is fair to do so here and I will not allow it. I did not edit the content of your posts, I just replaced the persons name.
PLEASE if you own a Triumph and you think you have a problem with it, call your dealer FIRST for support. If you have a question or an idea that you want to share, feel free to share it here. But if you have a gripe keep it to yourself or contact your dealer or Triumph directly about to express it. I do understand your frustrations when you have an issue with your boat. I am an owner too. But when I have a problem with my boat I call my dealer for help.
