I have a 195cc and I have found that the pump fills the tank faster that the drain can drain it. I leave the ball valve at the inlet inside the tank, at about 1/2 to 3/4 open. That way the drain can keep up. As far as exit point of the overfow to the open water its on the transome down low. Fill the tank with a hose while the boat is on the trailer and pull the drain stopper to see which one it is. I did this on everyting so I would know what they are all routed to (floor drains, fish boxes, baitwell, etc) in case of a future problem.
