guys,
trailer lights are always an issue with boat trailers. I am constantly tweaking things, sometimes one will not work then if you just move some part a bit it comes on. can't blame Triumph for these!
As for the fish box drains, many of us have installed screw plugs, in fact the plastic ones work great and only cost about $4.00 each. It does take a little work to drill out the new size hole and then seal with Rule Elastomeric sealant and screw in screws. But once completed they don't leak! Should be some photos from old site, if not let me know and I will post some.
Many options for battery set up. I am going thru a change for mine. Thinking of using 2 batteries off the switch just for starting and running motor. Then have a dedicated 3rd battery for accesories which I will charge off my Yamaha HPDI, which has a plug terminal in the motor itself that I can run a connection to the battery in the console. It will recharge when the motor runs, this way I won't drain my main batteries ever. I am trying to get the connector I need off my motor for this.
