You might want to search the forums...this issue has been well documented. I have the same boat and have the same problems.

1) Your fuse is a brown plastic coupling with two wires coming out of the bottom. It is hanging around your batteries and is a 7amp fuse.
2) I am willing to bet that both your bilge and your raw water pump both leak when running. My bilge was like a water fountain spewing water when it was running due to a cracked flange. I had to remove the stern bilge access panel (with the ruler on it) in order to diagnose this.
3) Your raw water pump (pictured below, supplies to both the washdown and the baitwell) probably leaks even when not running. You should close the valve (blue handle) to stop the flow. You can see this pump via the access hole on the stern bilge access panel.
4) Your dealer should cover all the repairs.
