Jeez, that's a real brain teaser popeyoung. My 190 came new from the dealer with a 13 1/4 x 17-K aluminum prop and it seems the correct size/pitch since the engine goes to 6000 RPM and no higher. I don't know why your boat reaches top speed at less than the maximum RPM's. Maybe others will chime in with suggestions
