Hello all.
I just found this site looking for the sealant to use on the Triumph. It's a great site. Lots of great info from everyone. I live way down at the southern tip of Florida and I am in the process of making some radical mods to my 21. I Bought the boat new and removed all the hardware and fittings. I want everything thru bolted. I built a custom aluminum transom motor bracket with 30" setback, that is full floation and I am currently getting it powder coated before I install it. I am using a Honda 130 engine. The bracket will have a hydraulic jackplate and concealed harness. I am redoing all the wiring and making everything waterproof and sealed. No running lights or gauges and minimum electrical, All electronics portable. I want absolute maintenance free. I'm rigging it so it could be swamped, pumped out and still run. I like going far offshore. New larger bilge pumps more foam, etc. I hope to have the boat done in a few weeks and ready for a sea trial. The bracket was quite a challenge considering the weak transom. It should give the hull more strength, better lift, performance and enhance diving and fishing access. I will keep everyone posted and add pics as It nears completion. Glad to be part of the group. Bill
