Here is a picture of the transom/splash well area of the 210.
The foam in the transom area is a very high density and is reinforced with rebar to support the rated engine weight.
It will be interesting to see the final results of your modification Push&Pull but folks need to realize that this will definitely void your lifetime hull warranty and Triumph has provided this caution on doing this:

We would not encourage people to do this sort of modification. As you can see in the attached photo the knee brace kiss off at the bottom of the buckets and most of the transom was removed in the process.
