Aussie,
I just called Triumph Customer Support about the livewell problem. Brian was very helpful. What he told me was that the livewell does not require a standpipe because there is an outlet located in the center of the back wall of the livewell just above the light. the outlet connects to a hose that runs down and out through the transom. Brian suggested that the issue may be that the hose is kinked or the outlet is clogged. He said that I can remove the drivers seat to gain access through an access panel and pour some water into the outlet to determine if the hose is kinked or clogged. if the hose is kinked he further suggested that I take it back to the dealer and have them fix it (Brian was willing to get on the phone with the dealer to walk them through the situation). I will need to see what's involved before I decide whether I want to attempt myself or drive it 4 hours to the dealership. As I mentioned before the boat is already winterized, so it may wait until spring.
I would be interested if anything that I described matches with your situaiton. I need to take a closer look at the inside of the livewell because I did not see the outlet on my previous inspection. Aussie, if there is anyway that you could take some pics showing the inlet and outlet I would greatly appreciate it. It just took me a while to wrap my boat up for the winter and I'm hesitant about unwrapping it. Of course my couriosity may overwhelm me to the point that I'll unwrap it.
