Jay,

The first step is to pressure wash the hull and then use a Mr Clean Magic Eraser. This thing works great on most smooth surfaces of the boat. I don't like using it on the floor or the storage/battery covers because it breaks apart to easily.

When I winterized my 195 DC I pressure washed the inside and outside of the boat, used the Magic Eraser on the outside of the hull and quite a bit of the interior. for the storage doors I used Soft Scrub. When I was done the boat looked better than when I picked it up.

Best of all it didn't take me all that long to clean the whole thing up.
