Bucont, in my opinion, every year Triumph has made improvements in the 210 / 215 Center Console.
We have a 2005 CC. What sticks in my mind about the 2008 model is the larger diameter stainless, new new graphics, the rub rail, the seats, and the ladder on the swim platform. I am sure there are many more changes, but these are what stood out to me.
We purchased new, but with the knowledge that can me gained just by reading what others have done to their boats makes me wonder if I would go that way if I had to do it over. Unlike my previous fiberglass boat experience, these boats much friendlier to work on. There are many on this web site that have made their boats better in many ways.
If I was looking at a used 210, my two biggest concerns would be: the motor and has the hull been supported correctly when out of water. These boats do require proper support. I would even crawl under the boat if possible to look at the hull. Scratches are really nothing because the color goes all the way thru. Other items are relatively easy to fix / repair.
One thing you do not have to worry about is the gel coat.
Merrit Marine, one of this sites sponsors, has a large inventory of parts for the older models, so if something needs replacing, I would try them first.
