Try a dab of Rule Elastomeric sealant, it's similar to 5200 silicone sealer but it will actually stick to the ropalene plastic the boat is made from. It's real sticky and does a great job on anything. I've gotten into the habbit of putting a bit of it on every screw on the boat.
