Do a search on leaks on 190's. Could be numerous ways to get a leak.....one is to also check your thru hull on the transom for the bilge and make sure it is above the water line....check other thru hulls by plugging and adding water while on the trailer. Makse sure all bait well etc hoses are clamped/not leaking by running with water.
Trial and error mostly....and don't use silicone.....Rule Elastomeric only if you want watertight adhesion.
