I think the crack issue is a cronic one with the 2002 models--not everyone with a 2002 has had problems, but the ones that do are pretty severe. On the 02's, the self bailing deck consisted of sc uppers at port and starbord. For some reason, cracking occurs on the inside of the boat surrounding the scuppers--kind of like a "half moon" shaped crack. Once this starts, it gets worst or grows. Triumph re-welds ropelene into the cracks, but eventually, the cracks come back--even after retrofitting the scuppers to the rear of the transom as installed in new 190 Bays.---at least mine still cracks. there are some pictures posted on page 5 I think. The post is titled "more cracks in the hull" I believe.
