I have a 2004 170 Bass with a 60hp Yamaha 4 stroke. For comparison purposes my engine has 4 mounting holes on the top and bottom of engine. The top hole used is the second from the top and is about two inches from top of the transom. The transom cutout is lower at the point of the engine mount.
On the bottom 4 holes the second from the top hole is used for mounting and this hole is about 10 inches from the top of the transom. The center of the prop is about 28 inches from the top of the transom. You will have to do the conversion to metric if thats what you guys use in the other part of the world!!!! Hope this helps.
