Great boat, but I hear these problems over and over. If they could address them they would have an even greater boat. Some dealers are not up to speed on the transom drain plugs or do not want to go there.
Anyway my suggestions.

I have a 2002 190 and had the bilge filling due to the scuppers. It took me a while to figure out where the water was leaking into the bilge. At first I thought water was leaking from the live well. After several trips to the dealer to check for leaks (none found), I finally plugged the scuppers. This solved the problem and the bilge remains dry.
