Just to give you my point of view. I think your speed is about all you are going to get out of it. I too have the 2004 210 and run a 2006 150hp honda, GPS indicates top speed of 34 knots, now this was when the motor and prop was brand new and the boat had me and light gear aboard. Since that time I have added gear, cooler, extra water, heavier anchor and rope, and a new girlfriend
. Hence I top out at 31 knots with the boat trim out to the max. As for a prop I run a 17 inch, I have though of jumping to a 19 but to be honest on the coastal waters around here I rarely get the chance to run WOT do to the chop.
