i was working on my 08 215 today and noticed a hole about 1\4' dim. under the winch eye hook bracket on the bow, it looks like someone drilled the bolts hole for the eye hook bracket in the wrong place and could not use the hole, you can tell that the hole goes through the hull.i know this hole needs to be patched, i have had my boat in the water about 10 times so far.my question is' is this hole above or below the inter hull. do i need to be worried water intrusion on the inter hull by my measurments it is above the inter hull. it was like this from the factory. thanks
