As a new 235 owner having not received the owners pack yet I have a few questions, hopefully they are not too dumb.

First off dealing with the vacu flush head:
1. Does the vacu flush head run off of the fresh water tank or does it have a high speed salt water pick-up?
2. Is the reason my head meter wont turn on because I'm not in the water or I dont have water in the fresh water tank?
3. As a convenient option like we had in previous boats could the holding tank be plumbed with an overboard discharge for use when beyond the two mile limit as it could be quite expensive and out of the way to go to a marina to get it pumped out?

Questions on Windlas:
1. Boat is equipped with a flip up nav light in center of bow, what would be the best way to remove the bow light and install a pulpit and roller for windlas installation and since the boat is being returned to the factory next week could somebody contact me with a price as to doing so?

Questions on adding any rod holders:
1. Any problems adding rod holders to the gunnels where it is open underneath and forward of where it is open close to the location of the mounting holes for outriggers in the t-top. I would definetely like to have gunnel mounts close to the where the outriggers will be located.

I'm sure I'll have tons of other questions but I dont want to overburden you at this time. Any information will be greatly appreciated.
