It is still a problem. Two inches is not normal but if the scuppers are not sealing when you go out I can guarantee you that your bilge pump will run off and on all day until it burns out if you are doing a slow troll or jigging. Ours is a 2007 with a 175 with two adults a full 70 gal tank and fishing gear with leaky scuppers it wore out a pump in two weeks of fishing. It will only self bail at 15mph or better or when it is on the trailer. It is not a self bailing deck. All rainwater and washdown water run through the fish holds and out the bilge pump. Also Keep in mind anything you wash down your deck will try to come out your pump.

Other than that this boat is the best riding boat in rough water on the market.
