If you have bolt thru connectors there should be an access plate nearby to be able to access the nut on the other side of the bolt. If you have screws that have stripped you can order some Roplene powder in your boat color (most are white of course) and follow instructions shared in other posts on the site to "hot dip" the screws and reseat them. It is an easy way to fix stripped screws and it works. I've got 85 hours on my 215 and I haven't found a screw loose yet (on the boat that is ).
