OK llama, you asked how we pole.
Not much experience with it yet, but can say it's not too bad. I am sure it is not as easy as a true flats boat or Triumph 170 or 190 Bay, but as you know with your 210, with the motor up, we can get into some pretty skinny water.
Really wanted it more to use an an anchor when fishing the inter coastal waterways. When the tides are moving, we just have a hard time staying in one place. Using an anchor can be a pain plus can be messy. A power poll like Putershark has would be great, but that is his toy, and we put our funds into different things.
Our setup lets us move the boat easier in skinny water and stay in one spot with faster moving water. To us it is a win win.
