You should contact Customer Service at Triumph Boats on this. No need speculating when they can work to resolve this for you.

The hole under the bow eye is a drain hole for the anchor box. No problem there. But the crack behind the bow eye needs to be repaired. Not sure how that happened but it is fixable for sure. If you wanted to get on the water before it is repaired you could seal it with RULE and I think you'd be fine. But I'd be concerned about putting more stress on the bow eye when pulling it out of the water. If it is on the trailer right now and you're not towing it somewhere, I'd back off on the tension of the strap.
