Question baitwell pump breaker trip when on plane

Does anyone with a 190 bay have a problem with there baitwell pump breaker tripping?

My pump works fines when I am sitting still fishing but at least half the time when I go to hit another fishing spot when I stop, drop anchor, go to grab a bait I find the baitwell low on water and the pump breaker has tripped. I am just looking to see if there is anyone else out there that has had this problem before.

I have checked all the electrical connections that I could find and they all appear to be good. Someone told me that with the factory installed seacock that the pump now sits just above the water line when up on a plane and that there may not be getting adequate water to the pump causing it to run dry and trip the breaker.

When I bought the boat I took it to the dealer and they said they did not find anything wrong with the pump and that maybe I sucked up seaweed into the pump. Yes that could be a rare possibility but not over half the time when up on plane, and I never would notice any seaweed chuncks in the baitwell when I would reset the breaker and turn the pump back on.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
