I have the 191FS, but with the bases already installed. I suspect you can get bases that work from iboats.com, Boaters World, West Marine, etc. Check for clearance under the deck. Once you have the proper clearance, not only for the base, for for the pedestal if it extends further, then drill and mount.
I installed one on my Key West (traded it on the Triumph) and it wasn't really that difficult. I bought the parts at Boaters World. I mounted it on top of the hatch over storage in the bow, and used a piece of Starboard underneath to give strength and stability. I doubt you really need additional support as the deck is already very strong. Use stainless bolts and/or screws and some elastomeric sealant and you should be fine.
