I am looking at adding a Rip Tide 80 Lbs. CP/AP to the Bow of a new 190 Bay, and I was wondering if a 54" shaft is long enough or if I should go with the 60 inch? I fish in windy areas, and I didn't want to "Buck" the motor out of the water or even near the surface - cavitation, Red-line the motor, etc... I'd like to get the 54" if it will be ok... Any help?
