I checked and it is in the correct position.
My dealer said they would swap out the pump if I continue to have problems. My concern/question is that they said they now only use 500 or 800 gph pumps. I tihnk the 800 gph baitwell would be a bit strong with the 15 gallon baitwell. I don't want to beat the baitfish up.
