I have the same issues with the pumps on my 2007 195CC. In fact both the bilge and raw water pumps were leaking and spraying all over. I replaced the bilge on my own dime and took my boat in for spring service at the dealer to have them replace the raw water pump (just picked it up yesterday and put her in the water).

As it turns out, they "forgot" to replace the raw water pump. Big inconvenience for me to go pick up the trailer from storage and pull the boat and trailer her about 1.5 hours away. I am waiting to see what we are going to do to get it replaced. If you search the forums for this topic, there are many posts on this. Seems this is common and Triumph is aware.

Is there a recall process for boats?
