John,
Your main deck drains (the ones with the sink like strainers) flow out the back of the boat where the chrome plated drains with the rubber flappers are. They do not drain in the bilge. Leave the hose running in the boat and get behind the boat and see where they come out.Make sure the rubber flappers are opening.They may be stiff. Take a small knife blade or something thin and open the flappers slightly to see if the water will flow out faster. I am assuming that your boat is on a trailer.If not it may drain slower if its in the water with a little water pressure keeping the rubber flaps from opening. For safety sake you need to trace all of your drain lines,bilge lines,fuel lines,etc. Hope this helps.
