Was able to look under the splash well as suggested by Triumph. The front two bolts of the starboard pedestal base are through the stainless stringer (which runs from side to side). I imagine that the port base is similarly anchored, but I can't see there as it is behind the live well.
The stringer is about 1.5" to 2" inches square, so the fore side bolts must be long enough to go through it. The two aft side bolts would be anchored to the decking with toggle bolts or using lock washers.
I could also see that if you pull out the built-in tackle box, the access to the stringer for the starboard base is directly above that tackle box. Once the pedestal is installed, re-install the tackle box and you should be set.
I was out fishing a few weeks ago and can confirm that the pedestal bases are great, both fore and aft. Hope that helps.
