Take a pressure washer to the boat...it will remove all of those little black dots. If you don't have a pressure washer, go to one of those "do-it-yourself" car washes...the kind with the wand. Just go over everthing with the high pressure water and you should be good to go. Any really stubborn stains can be removed with Soft Scrub, Mr. Clean Magic Eraser, etc. Also, Liquid Tide (my personal favorite) with a medium stiff brush will take up any grease stains, fish slime, etc...and it smells good when you are done. Whatever you use, make sure to follow up with lots of fresh, clean water to flush out the bilge. Even though these boats are really low maintenance, just like the fishermen that drive them, they do need a bath from time to time to keep them looking (and smelling) good.
Congrats on the boat!
