Found the BlueSeas covered fuse blocks work great and gives you one more level of fuse protection for expensive electronics. Have blown fuses in "open" style blocks when stored items shorted the exposed terminals in the cc.

A poly cutting board as a mounting base and electronics "wall" to further isolate wires and connections works good.

Think I ran 14g marine grade wire thru the T-top from cc to the second block in ebox. Sound right?
Connect with 16-20g from electronics 2-3' runs or what ever they came with keeping inline fuses too.

Overkill with fuses and covers but it's hard to do electrical work in 3+ seas and no one likes smoke coming out of the cc!
(makes you hope there are no gas fumes in there.....:O
