I wish that I could help you on this. I have a 2007 190 Bay and have not seen this issue. I will however have the boat in the water in the morning for around 5 hours and will let you know if I too find that I'm getting allot of water in her. I will also go over the underside of the boat and see how many holes are in the bottom of the hull. Right now all that I know of are the 2 holes up front for the fish boxes, 2 regular drain holes at the transom for the inner hull and the 2 up top for the engine wash out area. Then there are 2 holes for the scuppers that drain the deck???? Good Luck with your new boat and I hope that you get everything worked out.  JB
