Common water intrusion.
1. Back siphoning of bilge pump thru hull, you must put a flapper scupper over the bilge thru hull.
2. Suppers leak some water onto deck and water drains thru running floor boards into bilge.
You need to seal all seams, cracks etc of the deck so all water comes and goes thru the scuppers only
(or just rely on a functional bilge pump)
3. Leaking transom plugs.....just put a little water in the bilge while on the trailer and see if the plugs leak
water out. If they do, add a garden hose gasket to the transom plugs or replace to ss type.
4. Damage/improperly sealed thru hulls or cracked thru hull hose barbs. Physical inspection required.

I have a dry 2002 bay 190 but have experienced #1-3 in the past.
