Smurf pipe is a blue colored 3/4 inch flexible convoluted plastic electrical conduit. It comes in 10 foot lengths. It is waterproof and flexible and cheap. Can be purchased at Home Depot or any electric supply house for about 2 bucks a piece and 1 piece is all you need for a 170cc. Hope this takes out the mystery of the "Smurf" pipe.
