The Bay 190 has a trolling motor battery compartment that holds, 3 deep cycle trolling batteries. Get them at Boaters World or Academy. You don't need any special expensive batteries but I do suggest MinnKota battery stabilizer as they will last a long-long time.
Be happy you got a really nice/expensive saltwater trolling motor and the peace of mind that with 101lbs of thrust....it can be an emergency back up motor as well.
