If you do not want to install a latch like Cagrove did you can go to Boaters World or Wally World and get some industrial strength Vel Cro strips and place it under your seat hatches. You have to place them where the hatch is flush with the deck. You may have to use 94 Primer to make sure it sticks like your boat letters. It worked great on the 170CC that I had at highway speed.
