perdido, I have the same set up and had a hard time proping the boat. I think I was the first to do it with an 03 190Bay and an 03 Johnson 115 4S back in December of 03. I had gone from 15, 17, 19 to a 21" aluminum and still wasn't getting to the recommended rpms at WOT. Before going even higher,I had prop shop in OKC ask me to try a SS 19". I'm still not getting as high as I should (I think I'm 200-300 rpm or so off at WOT) but loved the performace so I stuck with it. I'm probably loosing 4-6 mph or so but I don't run WOT very often so I don't mind it too much, I can still get it to around 40 mph the way it is.
