Thanks Vic. Yes I saw your mod along with some othersw on the site. I just don't like the careless job they did with the screw placement. I want the screws to do thier intended job. After I redo the mount holes I will be sure to use sufficient Rule! I talked with Triumph and know where I'm going with respect to using the welding rods and new pilot holes. Thanks agin.

I ended up using almost 2 large tubes of Rule.
No leaks to this day, and the splash wells have been full of water. I refused to get new filler plugs. Wanted to be able to vacuum out the area if it was ever needed.
Just my opinion and the finished product works for me. Not saying it is best for everyone.
