I used long stainless wood screws and used Rule Elastomeric on the screws before installing and to fill the holes from the old cleat location.
Here is the description from the photo:
I bought an adjustable Stainless Steel anchor chain tensioner from Boaters World, $35.00, removed the anchor cleat and moved it over, then mounted the chain tensioner where the cleat was for a nice straight pull, just flip the lever to release or store the anchor. Works great, no more ratling anchor!
