That second photo of the anchor tensioner is mine. I used stainless wood screws with elastomeric. I chose not to move my anchor cleat and have the tensioner off to the side and it works great. Holds the anchor nice and tight and is easily released and set out. I added only 4' of 1/4" vinyl coated anchor chain.

It literally took me about 10 minutes to do.
